This information is necessary for us to process your payment and confirm your reservation. We may also use your payment information to comply with legalor regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering laws and regulations.

We only collect the personal information necessary to provide the Plastic Hero Purchase Application service, and we do not share or disclose your personal information to third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy. We take appropriate measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

  • To process your purchase application and payment for the Plastic Hero Node(s): We use your personal information to confirm your purchase application and process your payment for the node(s).   • To communicate with you about your application, payment, and any updates to the service: We may use your personal information to contact you via email or other channels to provide updates on your application status, payment confirmation, and any other information related to the Plastic Hero Purchase Application service. We may also send you marketing communications related to the Plastic Hero service, but only if you have given us permission to do so.

Data Security

Internet Protocol (IP) addresses used by your computer or mobile device, operating system, browser type, and version, duration of visit to the website, date and time of visit, time zone setting, links clicked, and information you've submitted to our forms are among the data we collect.

We will also collect information about your cryptocurrency transactions, such as your username, password, and crypto wallet address.

The Plastic Hero team shall not be held liable for any losses incurred by users who misinterpret this Agreement or fail to read and understand any modifications made to it.

Plastic Hero Purchase Application Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Plastic Hero's Purchase Application page for Plastic Hero Nodes. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions governing your use of our services. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Purchase Application Process

To apply to purchase a Plastic Hero Node, please follow the steps below:

1. Verify your email address: Before making a purchase, you need to verify your email address. Once you enter your email address, a verification number will be sent to your email. Enter the verification number to confirm your email.

2. Complete the purchase: To complete the purchase, you must deposit your PTH token payment by the payment deadline of the present sales round. Please note that you must use the same wallet address to deposit PTH tokens as the one you provided on your purchase application process. If you use a different wallet address, you will not be able to complete your purchase.

Please note that purchase applications are not valid until payment is completed.

Purchase application limitations

Please note that our purchase application service has certain limitations that you must be aware of before submitting a purchase application.

1. Sales rounds: 40,000 Plastic Hero Nodes were available during the first round of sales, which was conducted through advance reservations. The first round has since sold out. The second round of sales will be conducted through purchase applications and offer access to the 40,001st Plastic Hero Node and onwards at a higher cost.

2. Pricing: The price of Plastic Hero Nodes is as follows:
  • 1-40,000 Nodes: $150 (6,500 PTH tokens) each
  • 40,001st node onwards: Every 1000th node sold will cost $10 more.
    For example:
    • 41,000 nodes = $160 per node
    • 42,000 nodes = $170 per node
    • 43,000 nodes = $180 per node
    • ... 100,000 nodes = $750 per node
3. No purchase limit:
  • There is no limit on the number of nodes that can be purchased from the available stock by an individual account.
4. Sales window: The sales window for Plastic Hero Nodes is divided into two rounds:
  • First Round: April 11th to April 25th 2023 at 23:59 KST (Completed – all deposits received)
  • Second Round: April 26th onwards

No further sales will be made once the application window for each round has closed.

5. Payment deadline: The following dates are the deadlines for the advanced reservation rounds:

  • First Round: April 25th at 23:59 KST
  • Second Round: within 30 minutes of submitting your application

Please make payment by these deadlines to secure your purchase.

6. General sales: Any unsold nodes from the advanced reservation (first sales round) period will be sold on the general sales page starting at $160 per node. The price for nodes on the general sales page will go up by $10 for every additional 1000 nodes sold.

User accounts and passwords

To access our services, you must create a user account by providing accurate and complete information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer and devices to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Liability

We will not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We will not be responsible for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any reservation or suspend any user's access to our services at any time and for any reason, without notice.

Modifications to the Agreement

The Plastic Hero team reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time and at its sole discretion. It is the user's responsibility to regularly review this Agreement and any modifications made to it. The Plastic Hero team shall not be held liable for any losses incurred by users who misinterpret this Agreement or fail to read and understand any modifications made to it.

Restricted Access to the Plastic Hero Purchase Application Page

If the Plastic Hero Team has reason to believe that a user has violated the Agreement, whether explicitly or implicitly, the team reserves the right to take prompt action. This may include restricting the user's access to the Purchase Application page without prior notification.

By using the Plastic Hero Purchase Application service, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the service.
